Sasha Blachman is a research assistant at the Partnership for Global Security, where she provides research support for the Global Nexus Initiative and the Initiative on Nuclear Security, Governance and Geopolitics. She also analyzes areas of opportunity to strengthen nonproliferation systems, improve nuclear governance, and expand public-private partnerships to combat climate change.
Sasha obtained a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Wellesley College. Her studies focused on international security, nuclear nonproliferation, and decision-making in foreign policy. As a 2021 fellow at the Madeleine K. Albright Institute for Global Affairs, Sasha was inspired to incorporate her interest in security studies into a career that helps build international coalitions to solve global problems.
