Ms. Samantha Campbell is a Research Assistant at the Partnership for Global Security, where her primary research project is on cybersecurity and the future of artificial intelligence. She is currently a sophomore in the School of Public Affairs at American University in Washington D.C., where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and minor in Public Administration and Policy. Her major focuses on American government with an interest in environmental law and human rights and she hopes to continue into law school after graduation. She previously held an intern position at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office under the Child Abuse Unit, where she fostered her interest in law and administrative politics, as well as worked on a number of projects to raise awareness about human rights issues in the Boston area. Her courses on environmental issues and global security at American, sparked her interest in the Partnership for Global Security.
